Symphinity Infotech is a micro-ISV, found in spirit best described by these lines from Simple Gifts:

- Explore: Never content with status-quo, we are always in search for improvement – be it better programming languages, paradigms and frameworks. Or it could be better learning techniques and pedagogical approaches. Exploration takes a lot of time and energy, but it is worth when we find real improvements – which happens quite often!
- Learn: Exploration identifies areas requiring new learning. True learning needs complete immersion. That is why you will find us focused on only a limited set of activities.
- Create: Test practical applicability of what we have learned. Create a product or solution that helps solve a problem or fullfills a need.
- Share: That is easy and fun part: Share what we have found, learned and created. As they say, in giving we receive and that helps us offer more !

Who's who
Samir Joshi is founder of Symphinity Infotech.
For more than 15 years, Samir has been busy either developing enterprise class software or help budding software developers write better software.
Organizations he has worked/consulted for include: Fidelity Investments, Ness Technologies, Thomson-CompuMark and Aptech - among others.
He has been adept at wearing multiple hats: Developer, Project Lead, Architect, Mentor or Manager.
Samir holds Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from The M. S. University of Baroda
and Master of Engineering (Microprocessor Applications) from the same university.
