Architecture Advisory
Ongoing senior decision support for architects, leads, and engineering managers carrying decisions that are expensive to get wrong. Not a course, and not a one-off review — a standing seat at your hardest architecture and AI calls, so the reasoning gets worked before a choice is locked in.
Two ways it runs:
Working sessions. A regular cadence, 1:1 or with the small group that owns the decision. You bring the live call — an architecture you’re weighing, an AI system you’re unsure how far to trust — and we work it through together, in the room.
Design reviews. A standing review of the decisions moving through your team: architecture notes and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) read and pushed on, trade-offs made explicit, the reasoning captured so it outlives the meeting.
Every engagement is led by Samir Joshi. You walk away from each session with a decision you own and the judgement to make the next one without us — and, over time, a decision log your team can point back to. The working record of how we think is in the field notes.
