How is pricing structured?

Premium and scoped — never cheap and open-ended. You're paying for judgment, not hours. We quote a fixed scope and fixed price once we both understand the problem; exact figures come out of the first conversation.

Who actually does the work?

Samir Joshi leads every engagement as the principal. For larger work, vetted specialists join under his lead — but you're never handed a faceless bench.

What if we're not sure which one we need?
