Workshops
Half-day to multi-week · on your own code, your own project
Workshops are the main way we work with teams right now: focused, hands-on, run on your real work rather than a sample project. Three are ready to run; custom ones are built on request.
- Agentic AI: Concepts, Practice & Strategy. Our most-requested. Bring your code; leave with an agent in your product.
See the workshop → - AI in the SDLC. Adopt AI across your team’s build process without eroding quality, security, or skill.
See the workshop → - Software Architecture: Principles, Patterns & Practice. The bridge from senior engineer to architect. Bring a live decision from your own project; leave having made it.

Custom workshops
The three above share one approach: teach the frames, show them working on real cases, then practise on your own work, coached. If your team’s need sits outside these three, we build a workshop on the same approach, scoped to your context. Tell us the capability you want your team to have; we’ll say honestly whether a workshop is the right way to build it.
- Format
- Half-day briefing, two-day hands-on, or multi-week cohort. Delivered online, in person, or hybrid.
- In the room
- Your team and tech leads: a working cohort, not an audience.
- You keep
- Artifacts your team keeps, briefs, checklists, decision records, plans, and capability that stays after we leave.
Tell us the capability you want your team to have.
We'll suggest the smallest format that builds it, or say honestly if a workshop isn't the right step yet.
